Estate Planning

The firm’s relevant experience includes preparation of wills, powers of attorney, testamentary trusts and general trust deeds and acting in an assortment of succession related matters and Family Provision Act claims.

Managing partner Nicholas Dan heads the Estate Planning Team. Nicholas has lectured in the “Wills and Estates” course at the University of Newcastle since 1997 and has over 30 years of practical experience in this area.

In 2005 Robert Faraday-Bensley successfully completed the Strategist Self Managed Superannuation Fund course, making Robert eligible for appointment as a specialist SMSF advisor, accredited by the Superannuation Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA).
